1. Introduction
This agreement is a legal contract between you and HotShorts, governing your access to and use of HotShorts services, whether via a paid subscription or a free trial. Thank you for choosing HotShorts (“HotShorts,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing, using, or permitting others to use our services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this agreement.
If you are accepting this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity (“Entity”), you confirm that you have the authority to bind such Entity and its affiliates to this agreement. In such cases, terms like “you,” “your,” or “Subscriber” will refer to the Entity and its affiliates. If you lack such authority, or do not agree with this agreement, you must not use or authorize the use of HotShorts services.
2. About Subscriptions
2.1 To maintain uninterrupted access to our services, you authorize HotShorts to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis before the current billing period ends. Subscriptions may be billed weekly, monthly, annually, or at another interval you select from the available options.
2.2 Payments will be automatically deducted at the start of each billing cycle. You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your account to complete the transaction.
2.3 Subscription content is restricted for use within the HotShorts application and its associated platforms. Any unauthorized extraction, redistribution, or manipulation of the subscription content is prohibited and not covered by this agreement. We reserve the right to audit usage and may take necessary action, including fees or compensation for misuse.
3. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
3.1 HotShorts provides tools to manage your subscription, including viewing and canceling auto-renewals, but is not obligated to issue formal invoices unless legally required.
3.2 Upon successful payment, your subscription will be renewed and recorded under your account.
3.3 If a payment error occurs, both parties shall cooperate in identifying the issue and bear responsibility for losses caused by their respective faults. Shared responsibility applies if fault is mutual or indeterminate.
3.4 We may update our services, pricing, or terms due to business or technical reasons. Notice of such changes will be provided through the app or website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
3.5 You may cancel your subscription at any time. If not canceled, you authorize HotShorts to proceed with the next renewal based on your existing billing terms.
3.6 In the event of a price change, the most current published price will apply at the time of billing.
3.7 HotShorts reserves the right to adjust pricing and will communicate such changes in advance through appropriate channels.
4. Term and Termination
4.1 This agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance or initial use of the services and remains in force until canceled by either party.
4.2 You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings. After termination, your access to HotShorts services will cease.
4.3 All subscription fees paid are non-refundable, including if you cancel or terminate your subscription before the current billing period ends.
5. Liability for Breach
If either party breaches this agreement, the non-breaching party may seek legal remedies as outlined in Section 6.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
You and HotShorts agree to resolve any dispute related to this agreement through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
